Silent Auction, Appetizers, and Beer and Wine Tasting Sponsored by Amity Wine and Spirit of Hamden on December 4th from 6:00-9:00pm Location: Express Kitchen, 2415 Dixwell Ave, Hamden (Note that the wine and beer tasting is only from 6PM to 8PM). Send in checks with your child or mail to Leslie Slater-PTA 116 Filbert St. Hamden, CT 06517 _______________________________________________________ DECEMBER 6, 2009 - Hamden Happy Tails Foundation SAVE THE DATE: SANTA IS COMING The Hamden Happy Tails Foundation Inc., will hold its fourth annual "Waggin' Our Way to See Santa..." holiday fund raising event on Sunday December 6, 2009 at Arden House Health care, 850 Mix Avenue (corner of Skiff Street) from 10:00am - 3:00pm. All proceeds from the event benefit foundation programs including medical assistance for abandoned and homeless animals. Pet Photos with Santa @ a $10.00 registration fee per entry includes a drawing for door prizes. The Hamden Police Department K-9 Division will conduct demonstration; An "Adopt a Pet" event will be held to give a homeless animal a home in time for the holidays; a raffle with a wide variety of items will be held in the main lobby of Arden House; and introducing "Happy Tails" sweatshirts. Orders will be taken at the event for delivery in time for the Holiday giving. The Foundation board and volunteers are hard at work to make this a "something for everyone" event to support much needed programs to benefit abandoned and homeless animals in the Hamden Community.
